That is an absurd stat from Bryant, but he’s actually in another scoring stat that will blow you away. Bryant, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant are both players that have won multiple NBA titles while being the leading scorer during those runs.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has played in just one NBA Finals, and he had three 40-point games during that title run. Those three 40-point games actually equal the total from Bryant, Curry, and Durant, and he was able to do it in so many fewer appearances.

Who’s the Better Shooter?

Looking at the career stats for certain players can expose some hilarious and true facts, especially if you compare those to other players. You’ll be blown away at the shooting statistics when comparing Dwight Howard and Ben Simmons as well as Draymond Green and Kevin Durant.

Dwight Howard has shot 17.4% from behind the arc in his career while being known as a dominant center. Howard’s percentage is actually better than Simmons though, as the point guard has shot just 14.7% from deep in his career.

Green and Durant were teammates for a while with the Golden State Warriors, and it’s pretty clear that Durant is a better overall shooter. You might be shocked to find out, though, that it’s actually Green that leads in one specific category.

Draymond Green once made eight three-point shots in one game, and it’s now strange to see him even shoot that many in a week. Meanwhile, Durant’s game-high is set at just seven total made three-point shots.
