For many of us modern houses simply don’t cut it.  There isn’t enough room,  what space there is is limited  and finally the cost of new builds and the established houses can be extremely prohibitive.  With the average house price set to around 250,000 in the UK it means that to get a minimal mortgage you need a deposit of £25,000. One of the hardest aspects of a design is making sure that all of the features that you like are incorporated within it.  you also need to consider the outside as well and this is where the Architects consider the design something using materials that are cheaper but are also more eco-friendly than simple brick.

Whatever you decide to do, it’s certainly a radical approach to the problem and one that many people are starting to seriously consider rather than just simply go for the pre-built option.
